A2 Gir Cow Cultured Ghee is made using fresh Gir cow milk. The milk is brought to a boil and naturally cooled down to room temperature and inoculated with a natural starter culture and left overnight to make curd. Butter is churned out from the curd with the help of a Wooden churner, and then the butter is cooked on a slow flame to make ghee (Process Known as Bilona) Prepared on the auspicious Full Moon Day, using the ancient Vedic traditional method.
